Five Routines
This purchase includes five professionally filmed videos of your child's dance performances.
Each routine is captured with care to ensure clear, high-quality footage suitable for teacher review, editing, peer feedback, and social media sharing.
Videos are delivered securely via Dropbox to help protect the privacy of all dancers — particularly in group routines involving multiple children. For safe and seamless access, videos are only shared with registered Dropbox accounts. If you don’t already have one, you can create a free Dropbox Basic account at www.dropbox.com.
Please note: The free Dropbox account has a 2GB storage limit, which may not be sufficient for multiple video purchases. In this case, you may need to temporarily upgrade your Dropbox plan or download and save each video individually before deleting it from Dropbox to free up space.
During peak periods such as school holidays and dance competition season, video delivery may take up to 21 days. However, in most cases, orders are completed much sooner.
Important Notice Regarding Troupe Routine Videos
All troupe routine videos sold through JRD Dance Media are licensed for personal use only by the original purchaser. This licence is non-transferable, and under no circumstances may the video be shared, resold, or redistributed to other individuals — including parents, guardians, or students from the same dance school.
If additional copies are desired by others from the same studio, they must purchase their own copy directly from JRD Dance Media. Sharing purchased files violates the terms of use and the intellectual property rights of the creator.
By purchasing a troupe video, you agree to the following:
You are granted a single-user licence for private, non-commercial use only.
You will not duplicate, share, resell, publish, or distribute the video in any form, whether digitally, physically, or via social media or file-sharing platforms.
You acknowledge that all video content remains the intellectual property of JRD Dance Media, protected under Australian copyright law.
JRD Dance Media reserves the right to take legal action against any individuals or entities found to be in breach of these terms, including but not limited to issuing DMCA takedown notices, seeking compensation for damages, and pursuing other remedies available under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable contract law.
