We provide professional, high‑quality dance photography at a straightforward per‑student rate. Our sliding scale makes it easy for every studio—from the tiniest schools to the largest academies—to enjoy beautiful, studio‑style images without the hassle of handling individual sales.
Pricing Structure
Billed directly to the studio (not parents). Studios may add their own surcharge to cover venue hire, teacher‑posing fees, or generate profit:
1–30 students – $75 per student
31–60 students – $65 per student
61–90 students – $55 per student
91–120 students – $45 per student
121+ students – $40 per student
What’s Included
2–3 solo images per costume, per student
All group images for each costume (no extra charge)
Digital delivery of every image to the studio for hassle‑free distribution
Example: A dancer with five costumes receives 10–15 solo images (2–3 per costume) plus 5 group images—15–20 images in total.
Need more than 2–3 solo shots per costume? Additional images can be arranged for a small extra fee.
Optional Hosting Service
Prefer us to send photos directly to families? Add secure gallery hosting for just $100 per month (up to 3 months).
Backdrop & Space Requirements
All portraits are taken against a pristine 6 × 6 m white backdrop. If we shoot at your premises, please ensure a space large enough to accommodate this setup.
Image Editing & Integrity
Every photograph is professionally colour‑graded for clarity and consistency. We do not perform heavy retouching or Photoshop manipulation—preserving each dancer’s natural beauty, safeguarding their privacy, and maintaining the authenticity of every moment.
