We’re a dedicated dance media team — we focus 100% on dance, so our filming is built around stage conditions, choreography, and performance moments.

At every competition we cover, our team films every routine on stage — so you don’t need to register ahead of time.
How ordering works
1) We film every routine at the event
No pre-registration required.
2) Place your order after the event
You can order your competition videos any time up to 2 weeks after the event.
3) Choose a routine package
Select how many routines you want (1, 2, 3… up to 15).
4) Video delivery via Dropbox (secure + private)
To protect the privacy of all dancers (especially in group routines), videos are delivered securely via Dropbox and are only shared to registered Dropbox accounts.
Tip: A free Dropbox account is fine for small orders, but free plans have limited storage. If you purchase multiple routines, you may need to download and save each file, or temporarily upgrade your Dropbox plan.

Turnaround times
During peak periods (school holidays and dance competition season), video delivery may take up to 21 days.
In most cases, orders are completed much sooner.
Important notice for troupe routine videos (licensing & sharing)
To protect the value of our work (and keep things fair for all families), troupe routine videos are licensed for personal use only by the original purchaser.
This means:
• The licence is single-user and non-transferable
• Troupe videos must NOT be duplicated, shared, resold, published, or redistributed (including via social media or file-sharing platforms)
• If others from the same studio want the same troupe routine, they must purchase their own copy directly from JRD Dance Media
By purchasing a troupe routine, you agree to these terms.
Concert & recital filming (performance packages)
Want your studio concert preserved in a clean, high-quality production? We offer two performance filming options:
Package 1 — Stage-Wide Video Capture — $1,680
A single-camera, locked-off shot from a central vantage point — perfect for:
• Archival purposes
• Sharing with families
• Reviewing choreography

• Stage-wide locked-off video (full-stage view)
• Professional audio (sound desk connection via XLR where available, otherwise high-quality microphones)
• Simple colour correction for clean, natural footage
Package 2 — Ultimate Performance Package — $2,980
Designed for studios who want a more cinematic result and a premium keepsake.
Includes:
• Multi-angle live transitional video (dynamic angles with smooth transitions)
• Pristine audio capture (sound desk connection where possible, otherwise pro microphones)
• Professional colour grading (vivid, polished visuals)
